My 'loud' pedal (sustaining pedal) does not seem to work?
Generally you should consult your piano tuner about this. On an upright piano there is usually an adjusting screw and/or nut at the back of the pedal that you can turn, if it is just not adjusted correctly. Check that the vertical push rod in the bottom half of the piano has not become dislodged.
